I love it when...

Things I love about babies.. well this baby especially:

I love it when she beams when I come into her room to get her out of her crib. I feel like I rescue her everyday!
I love it when she drops her head into me when she is tired
I love it when she laughs when I have hiccups
I love it when she says mama and baba all day
I love it when she talks to herself to sleep
I love it when she finds the edge of the carpet fascinating among many other things
I love it when she gets soo excited when she sees her dad
I love it when she puts on a show for all new strangers but is loyal to me when they take her away ;)
I love it when she eats fruits and has chipmunk cheeks
I love that she crawls with all her might just to get to where I am
I love it when I'm too tired to play with her and she just crawls all over me.
I love that her kisses are licks
I love her passion for food
I love that she laughs all the time and has learned to clap and wave.

and The city mini Stroller WINS!

So I have to post about this because I have thought about this purchased for WAYYYY tooooo LONG! Kiera is ready to be out of her car seat and so we have to say goodbye to her graco snap and go unless she falls asleep in the car. I want something light, with a big canopy mid-range price, one hand fold , one hand steer, and strong enough to hold a bunch of groceries, and sturdy enough for long walks. So I Read SOOO many reviews and spent way too much time researcher about every stroller ( as if this decision will effect the rest of Kiera's life)! Did you know that people buy strollers for 1000 dollars! Or that there are tons of reviews on you tube about them? Or that baby gizmo has great reviews on many strollers! Anyways, after all the thinking, I decided that the City Mini will fit all my needs... plus I saw the color and fell in love... cause it was the color of my prom dress!

Here is a pic of it! Couldn't find an actual prom pic but I wore this at BYU too :D Hope it's as good as it seems. Perhaps I will give a review on it later :D

So I got hooked... if you haven't discovered pinterest you might want to take a look. I loved that I can store away all future ideas without constantly forgetting them. ahh makes browsing seem more productive :P . Anyway, on my first browsing adventure on pinterest I learned about SOCK CURLs!! okay It's amazing. This is where you learn how to do it!

Here is the before and after. ( love my background :P)Took me about 3 mins to do the night before and the curls came out MUCH better than me trying to curl it with a straightener. They lasted pretty long too. Although next time I think I would do the bun tighter.

The only issue about this method is when Kiera woke up last night she had a hard time going back to sleep cause when I checked in on her she saw my bun and was sooo shocked and curious that she kept looking at it! Her big eyes and constant stare at my bun cracked me up and I kept laughing, but I guess I did look pretty funny :P.
